Management Enabler is a tool that helps senior and middle managers in the school to assess themselves against core management competencies. Enabler's 6 clusters form 30 management competencies that make up the complete competency set.

Self-perception can be compared against the perceptions of a range of colleagues. Management Enabler's report highlights strengths and development areas and provides signposting to support management development.
