Knowing which competencies to apply to your business is a relatively straight forward process. Performance Dimensions have, over many years of experience, developed a short list of 30 competencies that apply in almost every situation. Knowing which competencies to apply is only half of the problem. Knowing how to go about measuring competencies is a much more complex task and a task that the Enabler product was designed to simplify. There is no secret to how the system works.
