How It Works

How Our System Works

Our analysis report delivers focus through a detailed report, illustrating the agreement and variances in perceptions. The report identifies 4 key areas which need to be discussed. Each of the areas highlighted are examined in depth, with suggestions on:

  • The importance of competency in the work place.
  • Implications of a lower than desired score in this particular area.
  • Conclusions.
  • Possible development points.

Assessment start with the subject scoring a behavioural questionnaire. The reviewer(s) are invited to assess the subject against the same criteria. Our system compares the scores and produces an accurate graphical comparison of the different perceptions. The subject's perceptions can then be discussed against the reviewer(s).

System Matrix

  • Largest gap - identifies the largest variance between the subject and the reviewer(s') part perceptions. This is the most challenging scenario as it identifies the area where the subject's personal awareness and ownership of the problem is required before any action for improvement can begin.
  • Lowest agreed score - is where the subject and reviewer(s') perceptions agree. It allows people to move quickly into problem solving.
  • Lowest self score - normally reflects low awareness on the reveiwer(s') part. Our system allows the subject to raise the awareness of a need or problem.
  • All low scoring questions - these are reported to prompt discussions on specific ineffective behaviours.

The flexibility of the system means users can:

  • select and focus only on relevant and critical competencies.
  • create text to suit specific styles and cultures.
  • add new competencies to their library.
  • maintain, update and amend the programme with ease.

It's versatility means that it can be applied to:

Assessment of capabilities against those needed for success in a job, team or organisation.Development through precise identification and targeting of training and development needs along with helping to bring awareness and focus to joint problem solving.Appraising and monitoring the effectiveness of any development actions.
